  Mindfulness: noun :    a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. As a parent you will be acutely aware that your children have an amazing ability to feed off your energy, to know when to press your buttons and to pick up on anxieties.
